Stretch & Mobility

Join Chloe for an opportunity to round out your week of classes and training with 45 minutes of Mobility and Stretching.  A gentle way to help alleviate muscular tension, joint stiffness and to help increase flexibility.  Spending a little bit of time working on your creating length and space inside of your muscles and joints can help improve athletic performance, prevent injury and lend to a better quality of life.
