We offer classes that range in challenge to fit every level

Aquatic Vinyasa

Using the buoyancy of water to alleviate the pressure of gravity, this 45 minute Flow class will challenge your core and strengthen your balance.  An all standing practice with modified-for-water sun salutations and an emphasis on keeping yourself rooted. A floating savanasa will rejuvenate you to being your day.

Appropriate for beginners and those with an injury.
