Remember what it felt like to play a child, completely carefree? Rekindle that feeling with Acro Yoga.
A 60 minute class that focuses on playfulness, connectivity & trust. Working in groups of 3 or more, the roles of base, flyer and spotters are used to create shapes with your bodies. The basic poses will be introduced and how to transition safely between them both on the ground and standing up. Thai massage and assisted stretching lends a therapeutic essence to our practice, allowing us to keep playing longer.
This class is suitable for all-levels and we offer progressions and variations to challenge even advanced practitioners.
